    Engineered Oak Flooring Install

For this particular flooring job, I was asked to install a floating floor using leftover Engineered Oak floor panels. This was a relatively small job in Stevenage. The room being quite small needed to make sure there was an expansion gap and trim was utilised around the edge as the skirting wasn’t being replaced and cutting under would be almost impossible.

The colour of the oak was a faded natural colour, very understated but ideal and solid enough for an office floor.

As you can see the matched trim brought the floor and skirting together, removing the 10mm expansion gap.

    Garage Conversion to Office

In this project, Keystone Home Services was tasked to convert a 2000’s garage into a partial office for a new career venture. This involved battening, insulating and plaster boarding the internal walls which were taped and jointed. The floor added was a white oak laminate with modest skirting.

This was a larger project and the client is very happy with the result and excited to bring their business into the newly created space. The loft section was also insulated and boarded so the client doesn’t lose the available storage space.

    Howdens Sage Green Kitchen Install

This install was a sage green kitchen install involving a large standing cabinet wall and a quartz worktop. Fully converted from a old, outdated oak wood effect, badly laid out kitchen.

The photos were gladly provided by a very satisfied owner.
