For this particular flooring job, I was asked to install a floating floor using leftover Engineered Oak floor panels. This was a relatively small job in Stevenage. The room being quite small needed to make sure there was an expansion gap and trim was utilised around the edge as the skirting wasn’t being replaced and cutting under would be almost impossible.
The colour of the oak was a faded natural colour, very understated but ideal and solid enough for an office floor.

As you can see the matched trim brought the floor and skirting together, removing the 10mm expansion gap.
